All bookings, quotes, and services are provided under the name Webster Moving Co. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and may be adjusted if additional labor, time, or equipment is required.

2. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.
A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm large or long-distance jobs.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change — please contact us as soon as possible to avoid delays.

4. Liability & Claims

Webster Moving Co. takes pride in handling your belongings with care. In the rare event of damage: please refer to the TxDMV Rights & Responsibility brochure.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

Driveways, entrances, and elevators are accessible.
All boxes are properly packed and labeled before the move.
Someone over 18 years of age is present during pickup and delivery.

6. Equipment & Safety

Only authorized subcontractors or employees may operate company vehicles and trailers. Webster Moving Co. follows all Texas DOT regulations for household goods carriers.
